My name is Kevin Craig. I’m a writer, poet and playwright. I live in Ontario, Canada. In December of 2009 I took part in a writing program put on by Summer Literary Seminars. The program took place in Nairobi and Lamu, in Kenya. I created this photo-blog as a way of documenting my Kenyan trip. Though there are no photos to document the in-class work I did as part of the SLS Fiction Workshop, it too was an incredible experience that I will not soon forget. The instructor was Canada’s own Catherine Bush. The Summer Literary Seminars organizers always had amazing events lined up for us outside of class time. If you get a chance to take part in one of their amazing programs, don’t miss out. Apart from the obvious benefits of the Fiction and Poetry workshops they offer, the extra-curricular events are something not to be missed.
